Our team can provide full turnkey project support. This means that we can help write the specification and help design the gas detection system you require. Providing a full specification with marked location drawings and wiring diagrams. As part of the turnkey experience we have engineers who can install and commission the gas detection system. Gas detection systems need to be serviced, calibrated and maintained much the same as fire alarm installations. The calibration and maintenance period will be a dependent on the environment in which the detector is operating as well as the detector type. The maintenance / calibration period is usually is 6-12 month.
GasWatch engineers can carry out the service and maintenance of not only our own supplied systems but also service many other gas detection systems and portables that you may already have on-site. We have a 24-hour helpline that is staffed by GasWatch employees and so long as we are servicing the equipment on a regular basis the end user, site manager can contact us for any advice and help. Using our database combined with our control panels advanced diagnostics we are able to guide the caller through a quick series of checks to get you back up and running. Where the issue is external to our system, we will inform you of the relevant persons/trades required to address the problem or one of our engineers will attend site.
